Osteopaths believe that the body has the ability to maintain and regain its own health and vitality so long as it is properly aligned. It is the job of the Osteopath to make small adjustments to the way your joints function so that you can live your life to its fullest potential.

Osteopaths can treat postural problems, repetitive strains, inflammatory or degenerative conditions such as arthritis. We can treat acute (recent) onsets or chronic (longer term) conditions. Osteopathic treatment considers the whole body, often treating areas of the body distant from where you feel your pain or it can be specific to the site of your pain. The treatment you receive is specific to you and is designed to meet the needs of your condition.

So, you're probably thinking that Osteopaths just "do" backs right?

We do, but we can also treat;

Arthritic pain

Digestive problems

Frozen shoulder/Adhesive capsulitis

Elbow pain-Golfer's/Tennis elbow

This is not an exhaustive list and if you don't see anything in the list that describes your injury or condition, please feel free to call to discuss how I might be able to help you.
