Initial consultation.

Service Description

In the initial consultation, We will discuss the nature of your complaint, your general health and any medication that you may be taking, conduct an examination testing for any restrictions or tenderness in your movement or posture, discuss what your issue is and how to treat it. Frequently, treatment is followed up with a rehab programme to perform at home to help speed up recovery. This can consist of stretches and/or strengthening exercises.
